RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns & exchanges are handled by our Customer Service team.

All products can be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and we’ll exchange it for a different size or colour, if available or refund provided that:

  • 1. You get the product back to us in the exact same condition you received it.
  • 2. The product is in original packaging including all accessories and instruction manuals and paperwork.
  • 3. Racewear and merchandise have not been worn or washed.
  • 4. The item must be in as new re-saleable condition with tags still attached.
  • 5. Unfortunately, fireproof underwear cannot be returned.

WARRANTIES

Most products come with a limited 12-month warranty for manufacturer defects. For specific warranty information on individual items please call us.

The warranty terms and conditions start from the invoice date.

Warranty covers only the product itself not the cost of refitting or removal.
